The Consortium of Friuli Grave DOC wines was founded in 1972 with the aim promoting the territory and its wines.
The success of Friuli Grave wines in recent years is a result of a number of factors: the efficiency of new machinery, the implementation of modern viticulture techniques, the selection of varieties best adapted to the environment and above all the farsightedness of the local wine producers.
